Should a customer decide within 14 days not to retain the purchase for any reason, on return of the artwork(s) to the gallery in good condition at the cost to the purchaser, the gallery will refund to the customer the total cost of the purchase, less outward shipping and currency exchange costs.
In the unlikely event that a shipped purchase be lost or received in a damaged condition, the gallery will communicate with the purchaser regarding the optimum solution.
A damaged frame may be better repaired locally, whereas a damaged artwork may require return to the artist, or it may be irretrievably damaged. Photographic proof of any such damage is required by the gallery before agreeing to any repairs. Any local costs, agreed before repair between gallery and purchaser, will be reimbursed by the gallery to the purchaser on obtaining written receipt of the repairer’s invoice.
In the event of non-delivery, please wait for a minimum of 15 days from the date of your purchase before contacting us. In almost all cases it is simply a short delay caused by the postal system.
